Expose your mind to beauty!

pink flower

Ahhhhh the  flower so soothing to the eye as we focus on the blossom’s opening.  Did you notice the strength of the stem and how it supports and nourishes the flower to grow???……I was reading an article written by Gary Ryan Blaire-known as “the goals guy”.  One of his principles which is congruent  with the Centerpeace philosophy is “your mind will absorb and ultimately reflect whatever it gets repeatedly exposed to.”  Friends, let’s pay close attention to the materials we read, the photos we look at, the music we listen to, the movies we watch and expose our children to….and most importantly the friends we spend time with.  All of these shape our minds.  Expose yourself to what is beautiful, noble, right and pure.  Enjoy great foods, great writing, great music and great people.  These personal practices really guide the way to a life of Centerpeace.  Many thanks to MaryAnn Bayer, for sharing your photo of nature’s strength and beauty.  I miss you!
