I hope you all enjoyed the quiet last week and were able to slow down a bit and recharge. This week, as we move back into our schedules, let’s be mindful of the speed by which we travel. Acknowledge that in our quest to accomplish so much throughout the day, there are meaningful moments not to be missed along the way. Moments that if we consciously slowed down we would be able to see, feel and experience.
